Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is to be made after the product has been shipped, the customer can proceed with one of the options:
We genuinely believe in serving the customers in optimum manner. Any business revolves around customer. Therefore, ensuring satisfaction of customer is our priority. Our team proceeds with all necessary steps to keep the customers thoroughly satisfied. If the order is to be canceled, the customer must immediately contact customer support by email or through telephone. Team Genesis will make every possible effort to cancel the order if it is not shipped. In case, the order is canceled prior to the product is shipped from USA, entire order amount will be refunded.
- The customer should contact our customer support service and inform about his/her intention if the product has been shipped from USA but is not delivered at destination address.
- If the customer is refusing to take delivery, then he or she has to bear all necessary shipping charges and applicable fees.
